YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and development of highly innovative electric drive units for the cars and motorcycles of tomorrow
Responsibility for components and assemblies in the area of electric motors or transmissions throughout all stages from initial concept to series production
Systematic development of solutions and derivation of optimization measures based on simulation and test results
Technical coordination of development tasks in direct exchange with our customers
Coordination with suppliers for feasibility in production and assembly
Close collaboration with colleagues from other departments (e.g. simulation, electronics & software) and other locations
Responsibility for planning, content, adherence to deadlines, and quality of work results
Potentially taking on project management tasks in the future
Communication internally and externally in German and English

Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study
Independent work style, high level of initiative, and excellent analytical and coordination skills
Confident and competent appearance, as well as strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
Solution-oriented approach
Team-oriented collaboration
Strong communication skills in German and English
