  • The employee is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. The employee is further responsible for that productivity levels, and customer requirements are being met and that frontline employees comply with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, and by our Clients, and by Regulatory authorities.

Shift:

Overnight 9:0 PM to 5:30 AM & Saturday 8PM-4:30PM


Responsibilities and Job Duties:


Specific Duties/Essential Job Function:

  • Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to standard operating procedures.
  • Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.
  • Adhere to all ADA nondiscrimination requirements.
  • Comply with all Safety, security compliance, quality standards, and procedures established by the Company, by our clients, and by the Regulatory Authorities.
  • Assist Managers to achieve strong operational performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist frontline employees in performing functional tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate staff levels.
  • Ensure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.)
- ensure all call-offs are covered.

  • Manage the Attendance Policy.
  • Participate in client briefings and communicate with client representatives frequently regarding operations.
  • Manage daily schedules.
  • Maintain daily schedules.
  • Maintain daily shift reports for Managers.
  • Perform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable)
  • Maintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.
  • Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- conduct service audits.

  • Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
  • Set a positive, professional example for the workforce.
  • Ensure frontline employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Comply with all safety, Security, compliance, and quality standard procedures established by the Airline company
