The Federal Cartel Office is an independent competition authority within the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The place of employment is Bonn. We employ approximately 450 employees, about half of whom have a legal or economic education. Our task is to ensure competition. We work together with the European Commission, the state cartel authorities, and foreign competition authorities. More information can be found at .
