'For a successful service center, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for exciting service topics in full-time and part-time (current projects: customer service for hardware store; checking shipping status for logistics, technical support for internet, processing inquiries for premium automotive manufacturer). You are welcome to let us know your project preferences.


Your responsibilities include:


  • You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for the respective customers of the companies
  • Competently and friendly, you answer customer inquiries (via phone/email)
  • You document each conversation briefly and update master or order data if necessary
  • You also take on back office tasks

What you should bring:

  • Enjoying customer service is particularly important to us
  • Previous work experience would be an advantage, but we also give newcomers (m/f/d) a chance
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
  • You are also flexible with your time and enjoy working in a team
