We have a current opening for full-time
Branch Service/Operations Manager in our Riverside Orangecrest Retail Banking Center.

The Branch Service/Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining a superior level of customer service and operations within the retail banking center.

This position supervises staff members, coordinating training and providing motivation in successful customer service and selling techniques.

The Branch Service/Operations Manager reports to the area Community Banking Manager.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Ensures that superior customer service is the standard within the retail banking center. Organizes and supervises staff members to meet this standard.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency in all types of banking operations and new accounts, and is responsible for the motivation of staff members in the successful achievement of sales goals and superior customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining and managing the BCR review daily, monthly, and quarterly audits.
• Meets or exceeds established goals and objectives set forth for this position, and will know, understand, and be knowledgeable with sales goals and expectations and be able to report results to management proficiently.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience
• Minimum five years in retail banking with increasing responsibilities during career
