  • KaDeWe Hamburg.
  • Your tasks with us:_
  • First point of contact for our prestigious clients and prestige properties
  • Organization and ensuring timely and flawless service delivery in our properties
  • Handling of lost and found items
  • Determination of work methods and environmental management DIN 14001 / ISO 1400
  • Monitoring of all technical processes including quality assurance
  • Compliance with legal regulations and occupational health and safety
  • Management and implementation of onboarding for new customers and customer properties
  • Ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to budgets
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of onsite employees
