Introduction:
HI MSO is a private healthcare management company dedicated to the development and operational support for medical professionals and organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to drive our CEO/Dr. to and from clinics located in Irvine, Alhambra, LA, and Corona using company vehicle
- Calendar management, both business and personal
- Organize meetings and schedule appointments
- Coordinate weekly builder lunches/calls for the CEO
- Send daily reminders to all staff
- Organize catering when applicable
- Conduct light travel arrangements
- Effectively communicate at all levels both internal and external
- Perform miscellaneous job duties related to position
- Ability to shift priorities and direction at a moment's notice
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Excellent driving record and current valid CA Driver's License
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency with office equipment (deskphones, printers, copiers, scanners)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Positive, helpful, 'can do' attitude
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Multitasker, able to take initiative and stay on task
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in related personal assistant/ executive assistant positions
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
