Mascoma Bank is looking for a
Commercial Special Assets & Portfolio Management Officer who will be responsible for reducing or eliminating classified, potentially classified, vulnerable or criticized commercial loan assets by negotiation, restructuring, refinancing, liquidation of collateral or collection under guarantees while maintaining Mascoma Bank's commitment to its customers and community.

This role is also responsible for monitoring of the broader commercial loan portfolio including the preparation of quarterly board reports concerning loan concentrations, policy exceptions, and loans to large borrowers.

The Officer shall also manage the Loan Review Analyst and supervise the process of annual loan reviews reports.

This position can be performed remotely within our service areas. Anticipated fill date for this position is July 2024.
