    Registered Behavior Technician

The ideal candidate will be patient,have interpersonal skills, andassist teachers and students in various educational settings, providing support to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

    Job Description

    • Full time
    • M-F
    • Full 24/25 school year
    • Typical duties to expect in the position:
      • Riding the bus to and from school
      • Diapering and/or toileting
      • Feeding/assisting with meals
      • Lifting or working with students in a wheelchair
      • Working with non-verbal students
      • Working with students with specific behavior concerns
      • Working with more than one student at a time
      • Working with a student of the opposite gender
    • K-12th
    • In-person only
    • Pay: $28/hr

    Job Requirements

    • Current and Active RBT Certification
    • Experience working with special education populations and/or working with Severe ASD
    • Must be CPI trained or willing to get trained
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Reliable Transportation
    • Pass a drug test and a background check

    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

    As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
