The Service Techincian Role:

• Provide detailed photo documentation of all repairs and work performed.
• Delivering detailed progress updates and completion reports to supervisor and coordinator.
• Calculate and acquire the necessary materials for project requirements.
• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks for each job to ensure that Aspen Group standards are consistently being met.
• Ensure work is performed safely per OSHA regulations.

Job requirements include:

• Have a working understanding of industry standards and manufacturer standards for completing warrantycompliant flashings/patches/repairs.
• Strong carpentry background a plus
• Problem solving skills required
• Proficiency in navigating tablet and phonebased technology
• Team player who can work independently
