Your responsibilities with us:
- You are the main point of contact for our customer management system for our partner sales teams.
- You review incoming customer inquiries and are responsible for assigning them to our partners in our sales areas.
- You support our partners with diverse support requests.
- You have a good overview of our processes and can contribute to the development of our software through your daily work.
What we expect from you:
- You have previous experience in B2B support and/or working with business customers.
- You have a digital and analytical understanding and good knowledge of MS Office.
- You have completed a vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable commercial training.
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
- You have an open, communicative personality and enjoy working independently.
