- Executes medical patient support operations such as referral outreach and billing support to deliver an excellent patient experience
- Manages telephone patient intake & ongoing customer service/escalation
- Utilizes EMR software to support multiple stakeholders (referral clients, clinicians, patients, clinicians, etc.)
- Produces timely reports and other related deliverables as assigned by management
- Potentially supports marketing and business development activities
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in revenue life cycle management, including:
