- Resolving customer complaints effectively
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Managing guest information accurately
- Providing a warm welcome, checking guests in and out, and issuing keys
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
