    Requirements - Civil Construction Engineer

    • Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri or the ability to get certified in Missouri within 3 months
    • BS in Engineering plus a minimum of four years of field experience
    • Experience following multiple engineering projects from the start of design through the completion of construction
    • Demonstrate time management skills to plan and execute projects on time and budget
    • Ability to design/draft infrastructure for residential developments

    Key Responsibilities - Civil Construction Engineer

    • Develop rapport and confidence with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication skills and quality engineering work
    • Lead and supervise the preparation of proposals, estimates, schedules, and invoices
    • Conduct site visits to oversee field crew work, ensuring proper execution and proactively problem-solving during construction
    • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
    • Manage projects, resources, and project delivery through team collaboration
    • Display technical expertise in design including grading/earthwork, drainage, erosion, utility, sediment control, infrastructure, and high efficiency construction
