The People Partner provides regional talent consulting to ensure Team Members and Leaders are developing their skill set and successfully contributing to the business to enhance our patient experience.
This role is also focused on assessing and supporting strong Team Member engagement and organizational health to ensure Team Members and Leaders are proactively engaged, heard, and have their needs met.
It enables regional leaders and Market Presidents to have fit-for-purpose talent solutions, that deliver value by our ability to attract, engage, grow, and retain top talent for Suvida Healthcare.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice coaching and counsel to leaders and Team Members on Talent/HR programs, change management, diversity, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
Provide strategic direction and coaching regarding the culture, company direction, and growth needs of the business.Work collaboratively and connect with centers of excellence, and business leaders to ensure the effective development of transparent, meaningful, and accessible leadership training tools and resources to enable and support Team Member careers and experience.
Effectively partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders and other key stakeholders to achieve success in attracting, developing, and training top talent.
Provides expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel on Team Member relations matters, HR programs, employment regulations, change management, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB) to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
