Your Responsibilities:


  • Independent processing of orders and customs clearance of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Creation of all transport and customs documents
  • Selection of logistics service providers, taking into account the best possible priceperformance ratio
  • Close cooperation and communication with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
  • Handling of complaints

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in order processing
  • Proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • Fluent in English
  • Business mindset and organizational skills
  • Independent work ethic and team spirit
