+ Director Health Welfare Growth Enablement+ Job Description The Role As Fidelity Investments' Director for Health and Welfare Growth Enablement you will build and enhance our diverse benefits administration engagement and communication offerings.
This pivotal role drives our Health and Welfare Benefit Administration business growth being part of a team to implement go-to-market strategies and support clients in solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities Go To Market Responsibilities Guide product exploration through user research competitive analysis industry trends customer and internal stakeholder input and internal specialists to establish a vision and uphold a customer-centric product strategy Lead the development of coordinated go-to-market strategies covering customer targeting and fit packaging andpricing channel distribution options Collaborate with the marketing team to build compelling product positioning messaging that effectively communicates value to target audiences Serve as the product area specialist aiding all business collaborators throughout the enterprise such as marketing relationship management sales communication consultants workplace consulting Guarantee product preparedness promote internal training throughout the organization encompassing cross-functional organization-wide endorsed service structure RFI/RFP materials positioning sales client team preparedness Create maintain centralized communications collateral Collaborate with deployment team ensure seamless bundled deployment approach considering launch timeframes opportunities coordination other products simplicity field Support sales implementation client facing teams drive adoption client happiness with product Define track measures efficiency key performance metrics including adoption use engagement efficiency client retention happiness Leverage data drive continuous improvement The Expertise And Skills You Bring Bachelor s degree required 7+ years experience in go-to-market planning marketing +product positioning & messaging +product development benefits communications consulting 5+ years financial services third-party benefit administration industry employer servicing experience health-related benefits administration plus Understand employer-provided benefits medical dental vision retirement HSA/FSA voluntary benefits Comfortable navigating complex organizations interacting cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units Demonstrates strong strategic competence customer-centric viewpoint Clear communication skills comfortable engaging levels management clients external audiences Ability lead influence motivate colleagues peers formal authority Intellectually curious capable modeling culture learning mentoring Strategic long-term problem solver compromising speed perfection Ability prioritize tasks meet deadlines deliver business results Note Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship position The Team Fidelity Health focuses offering products services assist customers healthcare benefits We are need candidates various skills unwavering curiosity proactive approach dedication bring new digital experiences fruition Certifications Category Sales Support Most roles Fidelity Hybrid requiring associates onsite every other week M-F office This does not apply Remote fully Onsite roles Please advised that Fidelity s business governed provisions Securities Exchange Act Investment Advisers Act Investment Company Act ERISA state laws governing securities investment retirement-related financial activities rules regulations numerous self-regulatory organizations FINRA among others Those laws regulations may restrict hiring associating individuals certain Criminal Histories
