Job Summary
The Sr. Manager plays a key role in the Market Access team supporting successful product launches and driving the performance of Fresenius Kabi's U.S. Biopharma portfolio.In this position you will lead the development and enhancement of Specialty Pharmacy operations shape product specific channel strategies design fee for service and data solutions oversee the execution and performance of all Specialty Pharmacy programs You'll collaborate closely with cross functional partners and external stakeholders to ensure our products reach patients efficiently effectively compliantly This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in Lake Zurich Illinois office three days per week Salary Range $150 000 - $170 000 per year Position is eligible to participate in an employee bonus plan with a target of fourteen percent base salary final pay determinations depend on various factors including but not limited experience level education knowledge skills abilities Our benefits are comprehensive thoughtfully crafted to support colleagues lives maintain healthy habits provide important resources when needed most
Responsibilities
- Manage overall specialty pharmacy performance
- Serve as Fresenius Kabi point contact for specialty pharmacy liaison internal teams Negotiate profitable product enhanced services contracts monitor contract performance
- Develop detailed analysis support contracting decisions using patient metrics market research available data competitive intelligence Oversight data feeds validate calculations input needs ongoing basis Analyze accuracy cleanliness both external internal partners Provide recommendations lead negotiations contracting initiatives Partner specialist pharmacies root cause analysis issues effectively Manage procurement activities resolve procurement issues pharmacies distributors Evaluate specialty pharmacy effectiveness Key Performance Indicators Fresenius Kabi products communicate insights marketing sales teams Collaborate stakeholders achieve customer goals US Biopharma portfolio Work collaboratively Sales Marketing Contracting legal objectives segments entire US Biopharma portfolio
