Your responsibilities

Support and relief of the dental director
Assumption and coordination of cross-company projects and special tasks
Practice IT support / telephone
Implementation of quality management
Control and optimization of work processes
Close cooperation and interface between medical and non-medical staff, as well as with administration
Contact person for external partners
Personnel management (time recording, allocation of workstations for all staff, vacation planning)
Reception duties

Your profile

Completed training as a dental assistant (m/f/d)
Experience in practice management
Billing knowledge
Strong time and personal commitment
Resilience and flexibility
Teamwork, good communication skills
Independent, practice-oriented and results-oriented work
Good IT skills
Friendly and professional appearance in personal and telephone contact
