    Private Banking Relationship Manager at Valley

    • Develop networks: Proactively establish internal and external networks for referral sources to attract prospects and enhance visibility in the market.
    • Client retention: Manage existing client relationships by implementing a contact strategy and reviewing their banking needs regularly.
    • Build pipeline: Create, promote, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet Private Banking targets, encompassing various financial services.
    • Expand relationships: Cultivate new external relationships through client referrals, centers of influence, and internal partnerships.
    • Client management: Lead the client team in planning, delivery, and regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Enhance client experience: Maintain high levels of personal contact and open communication to deliver superior client service.
    • Market updates: Proactively update clients on financial market conditions and recommend necessary adjustments to their investment strategies.
    • Ensure compliance: Adhere to internal control procedures, departmental policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Team player: Contribute as a valuable team member, supporting team selling initiatives, partnerships, and cross-business referrals.
    • Financial advice: Offer guidance to clients on business environment trends, general banking trends, and financial decisions.
    • Community involvement: Engage in community and business functions to enhance Valley's presence and establish referral networks.
