Responsibilities:


  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.
  • Support clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, and other specialized care needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and the Charis Home Care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
  • Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
