    Description
    Job Description:

    Pay Range: $65 - $68
    • Understand CUSTOMER Baseline (i.e. Core Products / Solutions) & the Line Of Business (LOB) agreed scope.
    • Work with the LOB Lead to help extend the MMS Baseline functional pages to a) include the non-MMS components and b) ensure the agreed scope for that LOB is documented fully.
    • Update the Functional Pages to describe how the customer achieves each eTOM process, including:- Business Context, a high-level functional description, the acceptance criteria, any assumptions, exclusions or examples to help provide context.
    • Work with the product Owners to ensure the High Level Functional Description is possible.
    • Manage their workload, understand the priorities to ensure they are working on the top priority deliverables. 1) FDD Only, 2)Change / Deltas, 3) Use cases later (i.e. not in the FDD for current date).
    • Work with the Test Analysts to address any review comments from their review activities.
    • Work with Architects if required to ensure the proposed solution can be architected in CUSTOMERs components.
    • Escalate Concerns to Delivery Lead for that LoB, & Business Owner for LoB.
