Your tasks

For our location in Korbach, we would like to offer an intern (m/f/d) the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the work of a modern HR department as soon as possible.

Ideally, the internship period is 3 to 6 months, with a combination of voluntary and mandatory internships possible.

The main tasks are:

Getting to know and supporting administrative and organizational tasks in personnel management using various systems such as SAP
Preparation of contract documents and salary letters
Accompanying current HR projects and working on individual special topics, including independent research and elaboration on specific subject areas
Supporting the analysis and optimization of existing location-specific processes
Participation in local recruiting, e.g. by creating job advertisements, qualified selection of applicants, organizing and participating in job interviews and selection processes
Supporting and accompanying HR business partners in operational tasks
