    Description

    Join our team as a Service Associate at UBS


    Are you highly organized with a keen attention to detail? Do you excel at multitasking?


    • Undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks
    • Provide support and advice for Team Associates and Financial Advisors
    • Ensure Operations processes align with regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies
    • Build strong partnerships with assigned financial advisors and coordinate with the operations function
    • Maintain a focus on risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

    Your expertise:


    • Ideally 1+ years of experience in client service within the finance sector
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance
    • Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
