The DGB Legal Protection GmbH is one of the leading legal service providers in labor, social, and administrative law in Germany. As a subsidiary of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB), we represent the members of DGB trade unions in more than annual proceedings.
The DGB Legal Protection GmbH has over 115 locations nationwide and employs approximately 750 employees. The representation in legal proceedings extends to all instances as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
