Drive module level development solutions and lead large projects of a highly technical nature. Solve complex problems for equipment or process in thin films deposition. Develop, implement and transfer processes, transfer owned processes to manufacturing with good support and meticulous documentation. Act as a 'go to" person for module issues, take on 1-2 projects focused on module improvement, pathfinding for alternative methods and chemistries on 1 critical project. Mentor and support CIP manufacturing items. Mentor new engineers.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a SR. ENGINEER-FILMSNVM-related occupation.
