Your Role

As a Group EHS Specialist, you will report directly to the Group EHS Manager.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our EHS policies and practices are implemented effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations at our plants in your area.

You will work towards creating a safe and healthy work environment by supporting our plants, enforcing safety measures, and coordinating with other departments, all while keeping in mind our global environmental impact.

Your Duties

  • Promote a zeroaccident culture.
  • Investigate work accidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  • Implement strategies to reduce consumption and waste and contribute to our CO2 reduction goals.
  • Encourage a caring mindset at the plant level.
  • Work to minimize ergonomic risks in collaboration with our plants.
  • Regularly communicate and support our plants.
  • Monitor risk assessments and provide support for preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies, management systems, and requirements.
  • Contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility, Employer Branding, and Sustainability efforts.
  • Support plants with specific EHS requirements based on global, country, and local needs.
