We are currently seeking a Clerk in the banking sector (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg.

Your Responsibilities
- Clerical work with a focus on estate administration
- Support in the management of foundations
- Preparation of individual correspondence
- Contact person for inheritance questions, including branches and authorities
- Tracking of appointments and follow-up
- Invoicing for estate administration
- Quality management
Your Profile
- Commercial or comparable education or relevant professional experience
- Basic knowledge of estate administration and foundation management is desirable
- Knowledge of tax-exempt corporations and their operations is advantageous
- Good IT skills and ability to work with multiple applications
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to work independently
