Learning Specialist with a focus on IT & software development (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Conception and implementation of innovative learning formats for software developers, as well as accompanying and further developing learning offerings for cloud-native developers
  • Curation of learning offerings, preparation for self-directed learning and advising learners on them
  • Close cooperation with contacts from the software development department and support in adapting learning content to the needs of DATEV
  • Close cooperation with projects related to the topic of strategic skill management
  • Targeted communication on various channels, internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or other IT-related fields or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Relevant professional experience in the IT or software development environment
  • Professional experience in the field of enabling/learning for the target group of software developers
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • High communication and conflict competence and confident
