The Pressehaus Bayerstrasse Hausverwaltungs GmbH's main task is to provide technical and commercial support for all publishing houses, printing locations, and business offices of the Mediengruppe Münchner Merkur/tz.

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated BUILDING TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) to join our team as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of building systems, including building automation
Monitoring, coordinating, and overseeing external service providers for maintenance and repair work
Ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of all building facilities
