Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with daily living activities
• Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens
• Support individuals with dementia in achieving their goals and promoting independence
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Adhere to all privacy regulations, including HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures
• Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if driving is required)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
