Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment and facilities
  • Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for larger repair projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to repair various types of equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to work with logic controllers is preferred

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
