Lead Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) LPN Position at Fargo VA Health Care System

The Lead Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), GS-7, is responsible for providing advanced nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse needs. Additionally, the LPN serves as a mentor, leader, and preceptor in the Primary Care setting at Fargo VA Health Care System.

Job Summary:

Full-time permanent position
Work schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Minot, ND (Remote job)
Pay Scale: $59,739 - $77,662 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Provides clinical guidance and education to PACT LPNs for routine and specialized patient care.
Offers direction and oversight to LPNs within the team.
Assists in staffing assignments and management.
Conducts competency evaluations and ensures adherence to LPN Scope of Practice.
Administers medications and performs medical procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active LPN licensure
Proficient in English
