    Position is virtual/remote



    The Configuration Analyst plays a key role in refining and implementing configuration within the Facets system to support systematic adjudication rules and benefit plan needs. This position involves interpreting requests, crafting solutions, and developing configurations to ensure efficient and accurate claim adjudication. The Analyst conducts system testing, applies quality assurance practices, and conducts post-implementation assessments. Collaboration in developing strategies for Corporate and Departmental initiatives is also a part of the role. Maintaining accurate and timely benefit plan designs, authorization rules, and Work Flow Overrides in Facets is essential, along with addressing system gaps and preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders. The role requires expertise in relational databases, test planning, and defect identification.



    • Responsible for timely investigation and resolution of claim review inquiries
    • Develops and maintains relational databases for configuration implementation
    • Creates detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts for testing purposes
    • Engages with internal customers to define configuration requirements


    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS



    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent healthcare organization experience.



    Minimum Experience: Experience in utilizing query tools for relational databases; configuration experience is highly valued.



    Required Skills:

    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
    • Excellent communication skills
