What to expect

Join our young team and work with both national and international clients, including startups, medium-sized companies, public institutions, and international corporations.

You will provide strategic and legal advice to our clients on the challenges of transitioning from analog to digital, and be part of an international, multidisciplinary team with a focus on sustainability.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting with the drafting, review, and negotiation of IT contracts (such as software development and distribution agreements, IT service, cloud, project, and outsourcing contracts), as well as other contracts related to the protection, licensing, and exploitation of intellectual property.

You will also support our clients with the registration and management of their trademark portfolios.

What you bring

You have completed two ideally satisfactory exams.
You have 1-3 years of professional experience in IP/IT law and a good understanding of business contexts.
You are personally committed and able to handle challenging situations.

You have a passion for working in a team-oriented, meticulous, and creative environment, and a strong interest in using your skills in a globally positioned and multidisciplinary consulting firm focused on sustainable growth.
