We are looking for a Product Manager to build product road map for one of our product
this position can be based in New Jersey, East Brunswick (USA), or Bangalore India.

Responsibilities

Develop product roadmap
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends

and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector.

Work closely with healthcare providers, payers and other stakeholders to

understand their workflows, pain points and requirement for seamless integration.

Develop detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to

guide the development process.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and other agile processes to ensure timely

delivery of product features.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop gotomarket strategies,

product messaging and sales enablement materials.

Stay up to date with advancements in healthcare technology, regulations and

industry standards to inform product decisions and strategy.

Participate in presales activities

Requirements:

510 years of experience in product management role working on similar products
Specific knowledge of the healthcare domain, and experience working with EHR

and PDMS systems.

Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulatory

requirements (No Surprises Act, Interoperability, FHIR standards

Proficiency in data analysis, emphasizing datadriven decisionmaking.
Good comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies

such as scrum or kanban

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience working with teams across multiple geographies and cultures
Exceptional team player
