Description

Heid Music is looking for a full-time Repair Technician to join our team in Madison, WI.

The Repair Technician will be performing high quality repairs and maintenance on band instruments (entry to professional level) for rental inventory, school accounts, and walk in customers.

Additional responsibilities include preparing instruments for repair, utilizing Point of Sale (POS) for repair, inventory, and customer information, and accurately completing all repair paperwork including repair tickets and shop logs.

This position will also support working partnerships with area schools and Directors.
