Your tasks:
The Finance Department, located at Franziskus Hospital, oversees two hospitals (St. Joseph Hospital and Franziskus Hospital) as well as several subsidiaries and auxiliary operations.

This results in challenging and diverse tasks:

  • Sole responsibility for the subsidiaries and auxiliary operations (MVZ, school, facility management, physiotherapy)
  • Preparation/booking of outgoing invoices
  • Examination, evaluation of business transactions and management of fixed assets
  • Participation in the daytoday operations of the hospitals (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting)
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (intercompany reconciliation, provisions, accruals, etc.)
  • Interface for inquiries from other departments, especially the management level

About you:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have sound knowledge and several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Knowledge of SAP-FI is desirable, proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • You are characterized by independent, solutionoriented, and structured work
  • You bring commitment, initiative, and dedication
