    Key Responsibilities:

    Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Supply Chain Finance Sr Analyst, FP&A to support the Supply Chain Finance team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.

    This role will be responsible for providing in-depth and actionable analytics which drive business performance. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Co-lead the consolidation of monthly close results and reporting processes for North America supply chain including variance analysis versus the latest forecast, plan and prior year.
    • Conduct comprehensive analytics to identify insights on cost of goods results related to volume, mix, and rate. Communicate insights and recommendations to business partners driving measurable business performance.
    • Support the compilation of analytics and commentary for quarterly lender calls.
    • Co-lead the annual operating plan (AOP) processes for Supply Chain including the development, maintenance, and communication of a comprehensive budget calendar with key areas of responsibility across all of supply chain finance to ensure both corporate finance and supply chain finance have appropriate time to achieve their deliverables to senior leadership.
    • Execute strong supply chain finance processes and meet timelines to ensure strong collaboration with business partners across the global organization.
    • Provide extensive analytical support in the preparation of monthly business reviews and board presentations, which includes waterfalls, bridges and detailed analytics to provide actionable insights into supply chain performance both past and future.
    • Act as a key member of the FP&A team identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the supply chain FP&A team's overall efficiency in processes, depth of insight, analytics, accuracy, etc.
    • Provide comprehensive analytical and financial support and leadership for various initiatives across the organization such as supply chain transformation (T4T) and productivity.
    • Complete and lead ad-hoc analyses as requested to drive business performance.
    Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. MBA a plus
    • 3-5 years in finance, CPG experience a plus
    • Experience in SAP and Power BI a plus
    • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Extremely versatile in fast-paced ambiguous environment with drive for results
    • Experience supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-moving environment a plus
    • Possess a strong sense of urgency and able to deal with ambiguity
    • Inquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadership
    • Ability to successfully interact and partner with all levels of leadership across the organization
