About Us

FAM Stumabo Germany is part of the Hifferman Group and the largest provider of cutting machines and knives for the food industry in Europe with over 50 years of experience and more than 7,000 machines worldwide. FAM Stumabo is a family-owned business and has been active in the German market for over 30 years, with a local presence in Asbach through FAM Stumabo Germany GmbH for the past two years. We will be relocating from Asbach to Niederzissen as of 01/01/2024 and are looking for an all-round talent who can handle all practical aspects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active data research and maintenance
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Customer support / correspondence
  • Order processing from quote processing to delivery of our products to the customer
  • Office management / facility management

What You Bring

  • Commercial apprenticeship and experience in sales support
  • First professional experience in telephone sales or a strong passion for sales
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • First experience with CRM systems
  • Independent work style and high level of initiative
  • Good organizational skills and high reactivity
