You will coordinate all incoming and ongoing incident management cases and be the first point of contact for our customers and other stakeholders such as service providers or partners
You will be one of the caretakers of our emergency hotline and assist customers in crisis situations
You ensure traceability and transparency of the business continuity process and provide regular updates to all involved parties during each phase of incident handling
You will conduct an initial qualification of reported cases by customers and ensure that our analysts, as well as customers and partners, have all the necessary information to quickly resolve the incident
You will be responsible for quality and success control and reporting upon completion of cases
With friendliness and competence, you will ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our service
As the voice of our customers, you always have an open ear for feedback and can contribute ideas and suggestions to further develop our services
