Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team.

As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Duties:


  • Conduct routine inspections of the building and its systems to identify and address maintenance issues
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or installations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, high voltage, technical sales, HVAC/R, electrical, and industrial electrician work
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in stick welding
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff, tenants, and contractors

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license

  • McVeytown, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
