Aspire Child & Family Services is seeking a
_ Center Assistant__ _to support administrative and clinical needs in the center including preparing client activities (e.g., art, gross motor), closing clinic, and ensuring that all clinical documentation is signed by caregivers.

This role will be integral in supporting operations in the center to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for both our clients and their caregivers.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures that client activities are prepared for each day.
  • Closes center at end of each day (includes ensuring trash is taken out, toys are put away, and other cleaning and closing tasks are completed).
  • Ensures that examples are created of art projects.
  • Ensures that all clients have clearances on file for any collaborating professional (e.g., IU)
  • Ensures that all clinical session documentation is signed by caregivers each day.
  • Provides coverage of client sessions, when needed.
  • Maintains a small caseload of client hours (approximately 15 hours per week)
  • Ensures that cleaning protocols are followed and assigns BHTs to assist as needed.
  • Ensures that center appearance is orderly and neat.
  • Supports Center Manager with fire drill implementation and documentation.
  • Communicates with families, in the center, when materials (e.g., diapers, wipes) are needed.
  • Completes inventory, as assigned, by Center Manager and provides updates on needed supplies.
  • Ensures client materials are available.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience working as a RBT or BHT.
  • Administrative experience in a clinic environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
