Estimator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

Support project management in creating offers for maintenance, repair, renovation, and modernization of building technical systems
Review tender documents
Estimate offers in the areas of HVAC or electrical engineering
Create and edit technical inspection reports or documentation, administrative work in the field of energy management
Ensure compliance with all quality requirements and deadlines
Prepare contract negotiations

You will strengthen our team at the Berlin branch.

What we are looking for:

Technical education or commercial qualification with knowledge of building services and electrical engineering: electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plumbing and heating technician, ventilation technician, industrial clerk, technical clerk, or similar
Relevant experience in estimating
Proficient in CAFM systems
Crosstrade knowledge of building services
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Ideally, experience
