Our Maintenance and Facilities
Director:

Administrates and oversees all facilities and maintenance responsibilities of our community.
Reviews (with team member assistance) of the OSHA/SDS safety binder and requirements
Creates the daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedule
Conducts regular inspections of the grounds, buildings and major equipment reporting necessary findings to Community Manager
Reviews and audits all incident reports as needed ensuring thorough and accurate information
Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum of five years of prior apartment maintenance experience or trade school equivalent.
Prior supervision experience of a facilities or maintenance team.
Familiarity with electricity, plumbing, carpentry and painting
Familiarity with apartment complex and property building systems
Capable of keeping confidential information and treating interactions and situations with tact, maturity and flexibility
Excellent customer service skills, including high resident and employee satisfaction
Maintain flexibility with schedule and have occasional ability to be "oncall" for community emergencies
Must have valid driver license and own transportation

Physical Requirements

Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
