EIHAB Human Services is currently seeking compassionate Residential Program Managers to provide support to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Dual Diagnosis, and/or Autism with the ultimate goal of gaining independence in their everyday lives through our licensed residential settings.

Residential Manager are responsible for the oversight of daily operations in one of our many community homes. Our homes are currently located throughout Wyoming, Lackawanna and Luzerne counties.


Responsibilities and Duties:


Our Residential Managers work in our licensed community homes supporting up to three individuals with IDD, Autism, and/or a Dual Diagnosis.

The Residential Manager is responsible to assure and oversee the security, safety, and well
- being of the individuals living within the residence according to his/her ISP, specific needs, and interests, with the purpose of increasing the quality of life for each person by promoting their respective level of independence and individual choice. Residential Manager also provide supervision, support and guidance of all assigned staff and individuals to ensure a safe, healthy, secure and pleasant environment that promotes and reinforces each individual's growth and development.


Qualifications and Skills:

Two years' experience working with adults with IDD/Dual Diagnosis in a residential setting

High School Diploma or GED

Valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record

Clear Criminal Background Check/Drug Screen

Physical and TB

Salary:
$45,500.00 per year
