Employee (m/f/d) Telephone Customer Support in Königsbrück:

  • Meditech Sachsen GmbH is a medium-sized company in the healthcare industry, with over 250 employees at 26 locations. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing customer service representative to join our customer support and outbound team in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:


  • Our medical aids are topquality products. You will contact our existing customers by phone, provide advice and support in scheduling appointments, liaise with our departments, and remind them of deadlines.
In addition, you will make regular "how are you" calls for quality assurance purposes.
Being a chatterbox is an exaggeration, but you will have many engaging phone conversations.

You will work with our ERP system on a daily basis to document your activities, structure tasks, and set appointments.


Your qualifications:


  • As an open and communicative person, you inspire and convince your conversation partners through active listening and structured arguments. You enjoy making phone calls, have a positive attitude towards people, and possess energy, initiative, and the ability to work independently and organized. Experience with medical products is desirable but not mandatory.
