    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW: Join our team as a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector responsible for conducting sampling inspections, tests, and checks based on approved plans and procedures. Engage in discussions about quality failures, contributing to the identification of corrective actions to avoid future errors. Utilize your training, experience, and sound judgement to execute quality tasks efficiently while working under general supervision and reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct sampling inspections, tests, and checks in line with approved plans and procedures
    • Utilize basic Quality Control knowledge, practices, and procedures
    • Address rework or rejection of finished products as necessary
    • Collaborate with Distribution Management and Quality Assurance Team to provide feedback on shipping procedure accuracy
    • Accurately document failures following prescribed procedures and processes
    • Maintain a log of all QC errors, compiling weekly reports on inspection results
    • Execute any additional duties as assigned

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office
    • Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to effectively address Quality Inspection issues and failures
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt swiftly to changing needs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Collaborative and dedicated to team success and organizational objectives for task tracking and completion
    • Skilled in multitasking

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of a Quality Assurance Inspector training program (Can be undertaken during training period)

    Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

    • Proficient in performing repetitive motions
