    Description
    Role: Senior SAP Program Manager
    Type: Contract
    Contract Location: Houston, TX / Remote (onsite in Houston, TX preferred)
    Contract Duration: 12 months

    Job Description:
    • We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong background in IT project management.
    • The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional (Japanese and English) with experience leading global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various international subsidiaries.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage IT program/projects from both business and IT project perspective.
    • Serve as an assistant to the management of the US holding company, facilitating communication with the Japanese headquarters and US management.
    • Lead global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various North America subsidiaries.
    • Support the implementation of global ERP/CRM projects (preferred SAP Project experience).
    • Prepare and present reports to Local/Japanese executives in North America.
    Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in Japanese and English.
    • Proven experience in leading global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various international subsidiaries.
    • Experience with global ERP/CRM projects is a plus.
    • Must have experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience communicating with and preparing reports for senior executives in large corporations.
