Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join the Meadowbrook Rehab & Nursing Center Center team As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met.

You will also work with the Human Resources Director assisting in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
  • Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
  • Work with staffing agencies as needed
  • Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
  • Assist with new employee orientation
  • Design and plan work shift schedules
  • Provide assistance with timekeeping
  • Create, present and submit reports to management
